The Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly has approved a dramatic increase to the number of waterways that are protected under the already existing anadromous stream habitat protection ordinance. During a committee meeting Tuesday, the assembly talked through it a little with borough administration. KDLL's Ben Stanton reports:
