Like other municipalities, the annual budget for the city of Kenai is looking include changes to health insurance provided to employees. The administration has outlined an approach to dealing with the rising health care costs. It includes increasing the monthly premium and the annual deductible for employees that add their family to the plan. KDLL’s Ben Stanton reports:
