Nothing beats a five-hour long assembly meeting. Except a legislative deadline. By statute, the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly cannot continue a meeting past midnight, but Tuesday night as they tried to wrap up, it did go over, but it was a little confusing about what could be done.
